As a part of our social media profile, we decided to get a Reverbnation Crowd Review for our track “Try“. We were a bit deflated when we saw the ratings – 7.7 / 10 7.7? Really? Thats what’s we thought too. But upon a more thorough read it turns out that 7.7 is actually in the top 5% of all song reviews that Reverbnation has done. “How many times has that back beat been used and it wasn’t enough? This time it is so pure and simple that it does work, very well in fact. Great choice of tone/effect/settings on the lead guitar. Totally throwback, but still sounds new enough. I just found out from their page that they are a cover band in Australia. They should know, that’s what it sounded like, what it should sound like, and could not be anymore authentic. Excellent job.”
